Short record: the main facts, with sources. A full case file has not been prepared.
- The record does not name which of my species, waters, soils or forests were harmed.
Malaysia and Indonesia challenged EU rules that take palm-based biofuel out of renewable status by 2030 while not doing so for EU-grown sunflower and rapeseed. The sources reviewed do not measure the forest or land effect of that choice.
